Thank you so much for having me. I’m very excited to be here today. Thank you. Can you please introduce yourself to our audience, who you are and what you are doing? So I am Serena Diamond. I am the CEO and founder of Diamond Solution Group. We are a unique consultancy that is really based on 30 plus years of corporate transformation and leadership lessons that came as a result of that. And then over the course of the last three years, really been helping leaders grow their skill set as well as their organization’s ability to embrace change and to deliver on lofty visions that they have, as I call it, turning your ‘what if we could’ into a way to go team.

So I’m happy to talk about all those things and really help the, you know, your listeners to embrace new ideas or perhaps ponder some of those things that they are struggling with from a leadership perspective. Nice. And can you maybe tell us more about what is the most common challenge in terms of the leadership that the people usually come to? Like what is the most, most common? Well, you know, I think, and I suspect every leader would say, no, no, my challenge is unique. What all leaders that come to me struggle with is they have a vision and they can see and have a sight for where they want to go, what they want to have happened. And in some cases, it is just about translating that vision into action and getting people on board and engaged.
