So hello Oli, hello Cedric, how are you guys? I’m very, very well, thank you very much. Yes, for sure. My name is Olivier Kleynjans. I’m the founder of Yoboo, a health tech startup which means prevention in Japanese. I have a previous background as a top supporter, played more than 15 years on the highest level in hockey and also did my studies as a sports physiotherapist and then osteo. And currently, two weeks ago, I just became a dad. So, it means that your productivity level suddenly goes down. And while I’m doing everything with optimization and tracking and testing and lifestyle optimization, it’s not that easy the last two weeks. Congratulations on the next stage of your life. Congratulations. Thank you very much. So, what would be the thing that, what are your lessons learned so far from being fresh, dead in the terms of the productivity?

Like, are there some hacks? That you already found out? Some hacks are pretty, pretty hard. Normally, it’s one of the things that I, that I always stimulate is to track your sleep. It’s, it’s one of the things that is pretty hard with, with like a chronic sleep deprivation. But trying to hack is, is actually doing power naps during the day. So I’m really trying to do one or two power naps, 15 to 30 minutes, just to optimize my battery, which helps me already a lot. Next to that is, uh, just trying to make sure that you eat healthy, which is a good thing for everyone. Nice. For me, power naps doesn’t work at all. Like, uh, every time when I power nap, I power nap like for one hour, one hour, one hour and a half.
