Mentorship Terms and Conditions

MARIE OLIVIE LTD MENTORSHIP & COACHING SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION By purchasing mentorship and coaching services from Marie Olivie Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. The Company and Client may be referred to collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.

3. MENTORSHIP SERVICE Marie Olivie Ltd provides mentorship and coaching services (“Mentorship”). As part of the Mentorship, the Company shall provide:

• Individual Analysis: Each session includes an individual analysis by Marie Zamecnikova during and after the session.
• Templates & Tools: Access to branding and marketing templates and tools.
• Email Support: Follow-up email support related to the session topics.
• Recorded Sessions: Mentorship sessions may be recorded and retained by the Company for internal reference, quality assurance, and promotional use at the Company’s discretion.
• Content Usage: Any content produced during the mentorship may be used for promotional purposes by Marie Olivie Ltd.

4. PAYMENT TERMS Payment is required in full before access to the booking link for mentorship sessions is granted. Fees for the mentorship program are non-refundable.
5. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

• Clients must schedule their sessions using the booking link provided after payment.
• Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum 24-hour advance notice.
• Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within the 3-month duration of the program.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The Company respects the privacy of its clients and agrees to keep client sensitive information confidential.
• Clients agree not to disclose or share materials provided in the mentorship program.
• Clients grant Marie Olivie Ltd an unlimited, royalty-free license to use any content created during the mentorship for promotional purposes.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

• The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the mentorship services.
• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s participation in the mentorship program.
• The Company does not guarantee specific results, and the Client acknowledges that success depends on individual effort and circumstances.

8. DISCLAIMER Marie Olivie Ltd and its representatives do not provide legal, financial, medical, or psychological services. The mentorship is for educational and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and circumstances.
9. FORCE MAJEURE The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, technical failures, or unforeseen disruptions.
10. TERMINATION The Company reserves the right to terminate mentorship services at any time if the Client is disruptive, fails to comply with terms, or engages in misconduct. In such cases, fees are non-refundable.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation before any legal action is taken.
